With over two decades of experience across biotech, pharma, and medical device organizations, Ramy works shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership teams to design and execute complex programs, streamline operations, and drive measurable results.

He brings deep expertise in program and project management, business process optimization, operational excellence, pipeline & portfolio execution, and manufacturing/technical operations. His style emphasizes shared accountability, durable solutions, and building client capabilities so that the gains are sustainable. Ramy holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from MIT Sloan, combining technical perspective with business strategy.
